It’s not our typical Fourth Friday, but we wanted to recognize this special July 4th holiday (a day early) in some way. After all, it’s been 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. We could fire up the grill, but we found a better option. DOTCU - authentic Cuban cuisine on wheels will be here offering Cuban sandwiches, croquettes, and empanadas. So far, we’ve only tried the empanadas - the best we’ve ever had!
In addition to our usual beer and wine selection - we’ll make a batch of Sangria to pair with the Cuban foods.
