Some say the art of winemaking is blending wine. We grow five varieties of red grapes in our Jacob Thomas Vineyard, each one with a unique composition, flavor, and structure. The source and age of the barrel and the wine add another layer of complexity to the final product. Attendees will sample from the barrels and then have the opportunity to craft a blend from the reds she or he has sampled. The class will then share their creations.

A light lunch with a glass of wine will be served afterwards.
