Choosing the right wine for the right occasion is, by and large, a personal decision. Serving that wine, in the correct glass and at the proper temperature, should not be. We will explore how the shape of the glass will enhance the aromas and flavors of the wine. The class will also dive into sparkling wines; the different styles, methods of production, and the appropriate glassware that make a glass of bubbly perfect for any occasion.

A glass of wine (bubbly?) and a light snack will be offered at the end of class.
