Late winter/early spring is a busy time in the winery. It’s time to dial in the flavors and aromas of the white and rose’ wines. In this class, you will sample these wines from their tanks, participate in trials to balance the wines with small sugar additions, remove excess carbon dioxide remaining from fermentation, and taste the difference between early-pick and late-pick styles of rose’.
A selection of hors d’oeuvres with a glass of wine will be served at the end of class.
